The staff here were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a decent variety. Shuttle service was unreliable, and it took longer than expected to arrive.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with good amenities for business travelers. Shuttle service can be unreliable, leaving guests stranded.

The young woman at check-in was a bright spot, quick and welcoming late at night. My room was clean and comfy, but the service fell flat when I needed a refund for two extra nights. After months of calls, I barely got help—just a Coke for my taxi wait. The area feels sketchy; I witnessed a disturbance outside and later learned cars were broken into. This place could be great with more attention to staff training and security. The comfy beds are overshadowed by the lack of care once you check out.

Just an appropriate option for a weekend vacation in Atlanta with high value for money. The beds were comfortable.

The room was huge and super tidy, perfect for relaxing. I loved the comfy bed and the 24/7 free coffee! The staff, especially Brittany, were amazing and made our stay unforgettable.
Would recommend! ❤️😊

Comfortable rooms and free airport shuttle. Paid parking was a bit inconvenient.

Room was spacious enough but had its quirks. The bed and bedding were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the pillows were extremely hard, making it difficult to find the right position. Temperature control in the room was adequate, maintaining a pleasant environment. Noise levels were manageable, but street sounds crept in occasionally. The room door was difficult to open, requiring extra effort. Maintenance response was lacking, which was frustrating. The TV remote also needed changing, and the check-in experience was delayed, impacting the initial impression. Improvements definitely needed in the pillow quality and door ease.

The breakfast was wonderful—truly a highlight worth raving about. Room 319 offers a stellar view of planes taking off, and surprisingly, noise wasn’t an issue. Cleanliness met expectations. On the downside, the pool’s maintenance was disappointing. I had an unfortunate experience with the front desk, waiting nearly an hour to check in due to staff inefficiency. customer service should never falter like that. security is lacking. Late at night, I witnessed suspicious activity outside, and I felt unsafe. It’s a decent place, with room for improvement.

Sky Point Hotel & Suites offers stunning views of aircraft take-offs from the 5th floor, making it a treat for kids. The staff was responsive when we raised concerns about room cleanliness, quickly providing us with a new room. The breakfast selection was delicious and satisfying, too!

comfortable room, comfortable bed with a clean bathroom that provided plenty of washcloths and towels.
Nothing all excellent.

I barely got any sleep because my room was next to the elevator, and it felt like a constant humming noise. Plus, the bathroom layout was awkward, making it impossible to shower comfortably without a tight squeeze. Not impressed!

Nearby attractions include College Park Golf Course and Camp Creek Marketplace for family fun and shopping. Spacious rooms and friendly staff create a pleasant stay for families exploring the area.
My wife says that breakfast should offer more kid-friendly options.

I was excited to stay at Sky Point, but unfortunately, my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a nice sitting area and a cozy bed. I appreciated the presence of an ironing facility, as it came in handy during my stay. I was disappointed to find that the heating was not working properly, leaving the room a bit chilly at times. The air conditioning, on the other hand, worked well and helped regulate the temperature. I was looking forward to relaxing in a soundproofed room, but unfortunately, I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, but the carpeted floor looked a bit worn and could have used a deep cleaning. One thing I really enjoyed was the convenience of the airport shuttle service. It was a relief to have transportation arranged, especially after a long day of traveling. there was some confusion about the shuttle schedule, and I had to wait longer than expected for pick-up. my stay at Sky Point had its ups and downs. The room amenities were mostly satisfactory, but there were some areas that needed attention to make the experience more enjoyable.

The front desk team really shines with their friendly smiles. The breakfast is a breakfast lover's paradise, and the location is super convenient for quick access to the airport.
The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired.

The shuttle service to the airport was smooth and quick. The staff was friendly and made check-in easy, even at midnight.
It wasn't cheap, but it still felt worth it.

This cozy hotel is just a quick shuttle ride away from the airport and is centrally situated near several attractions like the National Museum of Commercial Aviation and the Delta Flight Museum, making it incredibly convenient for anyone looking to explore Atlanta's rich culture and history while offering a comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff but the breakfast could use a little more variety.

We had a cozy stay close to the airport with a convenient park and fly option and shuttle service. The room had a comfortable bed with plenty of plush pillows, ensuring a good night's rest. The location near the interstate made it easy to explore the city without hassle.
The hotel's interior is outdated and in need of a renovation. Breakfast was subpar with cold food and questionable cleanliness in the dining area.

My squad and I hit up College Park Golf Course and Camp Creek Marketplace nearby. The room was lit, with space for all our gear. The staff was on point, and the mini fridge kept our drinks ice-cold!
Yo, the only thing missing was a hype party spot on-site for us night owls. More young adult fun options would take this spot to the next level!

The room was cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. Conveniently located just a 10-minute ride from the airport. Breakfast had good choices and was included. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, which was a nice perk. The staff stored my luggage after checkout so I could explore the town hassle-free.
The night staff seemed more interested in watching TV than assisting guests. The lobby had dreary lighting, and the room felt seedy and had bugs crawling on the bed.

I've been sailing in the spa tub, exploring the area with the shuttle service, and munching on snacks from the friendly staff's recommendations. It's been a treat!
I just love waking up at the crack of dawn due to the loud music - really sets the tone for the day! .

My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any needs I had. The king room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that helped me get a good night's sleep. The location was safe and convenient, being so close to the airport, and the hotel even provided a shuttle service. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
That the hotel facilities seemed a bit outdated, and my room had a lingering smell of smoke from its previous life as a smoking room.

Upon arrival, we encountered a long wait for check-in due to a system issue, but once resolved, the process was quick. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfying. The staff demonstrated flexibility and kindness. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
